Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds and bath/WC. Exit to the garden. Patio, garden. Terrace furniture. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The house is located on a slope, therefore both levels have windows and plenty of light. The lower ground floor is actually at garden level.

Nearby attractions: Lake District National Park 100 m, The World of Beatrix Potter 14 km, Lakes Aquarium, Newby Bridge 24 km, Grizedale Forest & Visitors Centre 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Grasmere 3 km, Windermere 6 km, Coninston Water 12 km. Hiking paths: Cumbria Way 1 km.
